crap i think i was to fast and im im not explaining it wery well

is the code the same for user groups
not for one specifik user but a entire user role/ group like registered users based on what they are allowd to watch
confirmed /set by
Permission roles ->
Admin roles
User roles
Moderator roles
Forum roles
or
Groups’ permissions
Look up usergroup:
Administrators
Guests
registered users
newly registered users

the code where it look up for the group persmission

as i explained in this post, [BETA]phpbb.com style menu, that statement will be what registered users will see, and the other statements i posted in my previous post, that is what could be used for moderators and administrators. there is a mod or a snippet at phpbb.com or here i can't remember, that tells you how to modify other files to add special <!-- IF statements for particular group id numbers, but since this menu was posted as is, since it's suppoese to just be plain and simple menu without to many modifications to it, i will not go into that, i have no use for those things i just use the <!-- IF statements i have already posted and they work very well for normal everyday phpbb forum use!

unless i become a level 10 coder overnight, it will be very difficult for me to get this working with subsilver2, I mean i can get it to work, but it looks awful!

Hi there, I have a big problem.I can not get rid out of this thin white line between the menu and the upper header. The thing is, I have a bigger picture than usual, and it creates a very big portion of white space between the header and menu. How can I get rid of it? Thanks!
