Loop back on login

One of my members told me they had sign in issues, heres the message:

Hi John, me and ____ are having major probs with the forum. We can log on but when we try to view anything it logs us straight out again. I have done a complete scan on the laptop to see if that was the prob but its not. I can access all other forums and facebook. Dont know what the hell the prob is

I had this problem from time to time also...

Is there a remedy for it?

Also if it helps solve the problem, when it happened to me I deleted my cookies from my browser and it worked, however it was only a problem on internet explorer, not firefox...

why don't you tell them to try the same thing on their side also delete browser cookies just in case!

Just had another member tell me, that they get looped back on login, but so far all three of the members telling me about this problem have been IE users, none of them use FF, and in cases clearing the cookies have done the trick, is it possible that there is a bug, either with my board or with the IE browser its self?

IE in its current form is a whole buggy mess...

Tell them t switch to FF

I'm still having members saying they can't login, would clicking the 'delete all board cookies' do any good? also when one person click on it, does it delete the cookies for everyone one or just the 'clickee'
