Installation:
Copy the entire contents of the repository to ext/stoker/pmregnotify/
Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Extension Management -> Extensions.

It is still Centeret like it should.
The error is that large bg image you use.

You can edit the css file so it doesnt display on mobile.

Or you could shrink that header image for mobile view and still have it showing...
